Product description

Using multiple FM transmitters on a single location, or in close proximity to one another might cause intermodulation. These so-called intermodulation-products need to be eliminated. This can be achieved by placing a cavity filter on each transmitter's output. If the frequencies are very close, a triple cavity is required (as a guideline: a minimal separation of 1,2 MHz), a double cavity suffices if there is over 2 MHz separation. The filter needs to be adjusted according to the transmitter's, or power amplifier's output power.

Please contact Broadcast Partners for further information or situations with even closer frequencies.
