Broadcast Partners applies two forms of conditions, as shown below:

• Regular shipments
  The conditions as stated by Griffie van de Arondissementsrechtbank te Middelburg as nr. 93/1980 apply to any regular shipments and/or services (meaning other than E-shop)

• E-shop deliveries
  Specific terms and conditions apply to all E-shop deliveries. If regular conditions are contradictory to these specific conditions, the regular terms and conditions prevail.
