PJ2000M-C is an RF amplifier for frequency modulation sound broadcasting with a max. rated output of 2000 watts. It is a fully solid-state apparatus of modern design that uses MOSFET as active components in the FM amplifying modules. The PJ2000M-C amplifier is made up of two interconnected modules pre-arranged for assembly in a 19" rack.
The two modules consist of:
- Control and power supply module.
- RF amplifier module.
- Subdividing the PJ2000 into two seperate components provides easy handling and allows easy maintenance and assembly.
- The PJ1000M-C is controlled by a microprocessor system including a LCD display.
- Measurement and display of the amplifier's working parameters.
- Activation and deactivation of the RF power output.
- Protection of the amplifier against dangerous situations like exceeding output power
or SWR, overdrive or overtemperature.
- Super-fast protection agains excesses of reflected power, temperature, current voltage and driving power.
- Interaction with external devices using the telemetry connector.
- A built-in low-pass filter keeps the harmonic emission level below CCIR and
FCC permitted levels.
