The SDV, triple DVB audio receiver demodulates three audio channels from one DVB transport
stream and was developed for both re-broadcasting and cable radio applications.
A standard available RS-232 serial output will support the transport of serial data in accordance to 4 different DVB formats and secures future expansion for data transport like RDS, private data, automation etc.
For network management purposes the SDV can be remote controlled by either the optional Scientific-Atlanta Rosa Copernicus interface or to other NMS applications via the PROFline “Open Interface” software driver.
